Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories
Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories is a 2004 action role-playing game developed by Square Enix and Jupiter and published by Square Enix in collaboration with Disney Interactive for the Game Boy Advance (GBA). The second game in the Kingdom Hearts series, it is a direct sequel to Kingdom Hearts whose ending is set about a year before the events of Kingdom Hearts II. Chain of Memories follows Sora and his friends as they explore Castle Oblivion while battling Organization XIII, a new group of antagonists. The game uses a new card-based battle system rather than its predecessor's real-time combat system, and it was one of the first GBA games to incorporate full-motion video (FMV).

Where Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories sits on the grid
The grid places every game in the catalogue on measured axes rather than on an opinion. This is where Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories lands on each map it has the data for, with the share of the catalogue it beats on each axis.
- Year
- 66ahead of 18% of the catalogue
- Reach
- 45ahead of 84% of the catalogue
Percentiles are against the games that carry a reading on that axis, not the whole catalogue: counting a game with no figure as a zero would flatter everything that has one. How the grid works.
What readers say about Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories
Reviews written by people who have played it. These are separate from the GamingPickz Score and are never averaged into it: that score comes from thousands of Steam reviews with a sample-size correction, and a handful of unverified ratings would distort it rather than improve it.
