Silent Hill 3

Silent Hill 3 is a 2003 survival horror video game developed by Konami's Team Silent and published by Konami for the PlayStation 2. The third installment in the Silent Hill series and a direct sequel to the first Silent Hill game follows Heather Mason, a teenager who becomes entangled in the machinations of the town's cult, which seeks to revive a malevolent deity. A port for Windows was released later in November, and a remastered high-definition version was released as part of the Silent Hill HD Collection, for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in 2012.

Where Silent Hill 3 sits on the grid

The grid places every game in the catalogue on measured axes rather than on an opinion. This is where Silent Hill 3 lands on each map it has the data for, with the share of the catalogue it beats on each axis.

The whole catalogueEnduring classics

Percentiles are against the games that carry a reading on that axis, not the whole catalogue: counting a game with no figure as a zero would flatter everything that has one. How the grid works.

What readers say about Silent Hill 3

Reviews written by people who have played it. These are separate from the GamingPickz Score and are never averaged into it: that score comes from thousands of Steam reviews with a sample-size correction, and a handful of unverified ratings would distort it rather than improve it.
