How much people want it
The anticipation index is where Steam places Wanderburg in its own popular-upcoming ordering, which is driven by wishlist counts, rescaled to 0 to 100. It is tied to this game's store id, so it cannot be measuring a different thing. It is one signal and it is entirely about demand.
Search volume is Google Keyword Planner, average monthly searches for US, read on 30 August 2026. It sits beside the index rather than inside it. A title that is also an ordinary English phrase picks up searches that have nothing to do with the game, so we flag those rather than quietly counting them.
Why there is no review score here
Every quality ranking on this site is computed from how a game was received: player sentiment adjusted for sample size, the critic aggregate, and how many people the game reached. None of those exist for a game nobody has played. The anticipation figure above is popularity, and popularity before release is a measure of marketing and expectation, not of the game.
When Wanderburg releases it enters the catalogue and is scored on exactly the same formula as everything else, with no adjustment for having been on this page.
Where this sits
Common questions
When does Wanderburg come out?
7 September 2026, as its Steam listing showed when we read it on 30 August 2026. Release dates on unreleased games move often, so check the store before making plans around it.
Who is making Wanderburg?
Randwerk, published by Sidekick Publishing. Taken from the store listing, not from an announcement.
How much will Wanderburg cost?
No price is set on the Steam listing yet, which is normal well ahead of release.
How anticipated is Wanderburg?
Steam ranks it 63 of 478 in its popular-upcoming ordering, which is driven by wishlist counts. That gives it an anticipation index of 87 out of 100. This is a measure of how many people want it, not of whether it will be good, and there is no quality component in it at all.
Have you reviewed Wanderburg?
No. It has not been released, so nobody has played it, including us. There is no score on this page for that reason. When it comes out it enters the catalogue and is scored on the same formula as everything else.
