    u cant start the game after installation, because windows live does not exist anymore.

    Capcom, since you have so much free time on your hands and re-added DRM to a 11 year old game (Resident Evil Revelations) with Russian Malware Enigma, why don't you fix your Games for Windows LIVE?????
